Moved Files:

Android Gradle projects use a different directory structure than ADT
Eclipse projects. Here's how the projects were restructured:

* AndroidManifest.xml => pulltorefresh\src\main\AndroidManifest.xml
* res\ => pulltorefresh\src\main\res\
* src\ => pulltorefresh\src\main\java\

Next Steps:
