libcareplus 在 qemu-6.2.0 生成补丁失败

背景：
之前使用的 qemu 版本是 qemu-4.1，这个版本源码使用的还是 make 编译的方式，可以正常制作热补丁
最近把 qemu 升级到 qemu-6.2.0，发现不能生成热补丁了
我使用的 libcareplus 是 23.03 版本

报错信息：

Command line for building ['libcommon.fa'] is long, using a response file

目前猜测的原因可能是因为 qemu-6.2.0 使用了 meson build system

我执行的命令如下：
[root@A01 build]# libcare-patch-make --clean -s ../ -i 0001 --buildid=xxxxxxxxx -j64 0001-test-for-libcareplus.patch
