[Fixes]
Fixed a server crash when death drops occur.

[Additions]
Added server notifications for items dropped from monsters. Checkbox in item database to turn on/off.

Fixed placement issue on rental window.
Can click rental fee label to input/change fee.

New Buff UI started. Currently putting all buffs in the same bordered window.
Removed all Buff drawing from GameScene.

[Changes & Fixes]
Some cleanup.
Added BindMode for Unable To Rent for preventing items to be rented. (Set in item DB).
Added BindMode for Unable To Disassemble. (Set in item DB).
Rented items can be dropped on death. If this happens it is returned to owner.
Benediction Oil now checks for Dont Upgrade flag.
Awakening now checks for Dont Upgrade flag.
Rented items now expire correctly if the owner or renting player are logged off.
