【标题】修复问题：关键字 `under` 用作表名报错，关键字 `log` 作为索引名报错

【实现内容】:

- 允许关键字 `under` 用作表名，但仍禁止其用作类型名。
- 恢复回原本的逻辑，允许关键字 `log` 用作非保留关键词。

【根因分析】:

1. `under` 关键词问题

相关 pr：<https://gitee.com/opengauss/openGauss-server/pulls/5080>
    该 PR 添加了形如 `CREATE TYPE any_name UNDER any_name ...` 的语法。

该 PR 在 `kwlist.h` 将 `under` 添加为非保留关键词，且未在 `gram.y` 中添加至 `unreserved_keyword`。
    因此导致无法将 `under` 作为普通的 `IDENT` 解析，于是就无法作为表名。
    尝试将 `under` 添加至 `unreserved_keyword` 之后发现创建类型时 Bison 报 shift/reduce 冲突。于是观察日志：

- 在 `CREATE TYPE BODY . type_name as_is ...` 中 `under` 可作为 `type_name` 继续 shift。
    - 在 `CREATE TYPE type_name . UNDER any_name ...` 中 `body` 可作为 `type_name` reduce。

这个混淆场景不建议通过分解语法规则解决（单独提取 `body` 用作 `type_name` 的场景作为语法规则过于繁琐，明显不合适），但注意到这两种语法仅仅是解析过程中冲突，并不会产生歧义，所以可以通过指定优先级的方式修改。

2. `log` 关键词问题：

    该 pr 添加了形如 `DROP MATERIALIZED VIEW LOG ON ...` 的语法。

在 `base_yylex` 里面把 `LOG ON` 作为一整个 token 进行解析。
    导致问题场景中 `create index log on explain_test(id);` 解析报错，其中的 `log on` 实际会解析为一个 token。
    尝试将 `log` 与 `on` 拆解为两个 token，发现 Bison 报 shift/reduce 冲突。于是查看错误日志发现：

- 在 `DROP drop_type . any_name_list ...` 语句中，`log` 可被解析为 `any_name_list`，于是 `drop_type` 可被 reduce。
    - 在 `DROP MATERIALIZED VIEW . LOG ON ...` 语句中，`log` 可继续 shift。

因此考虑将 `MATERIALIZED VIEW` 从 `drop_type` 中分解出来，将 reduce 的场景转换为继续 shift。

【实现方案】:

关键字 `under` 用作表名问题

- 在 `gram.y` 中给 `unreserved_keyword` 补上 `UNDER`
- 在 `gram.y` 中给 `BODY_P` 指定优先级，使其低于 `UNDER`

关键字 `log` 作为索引名问题

- 将 `LOG ON` 作为一个 token 解析不合理，修改为拆开解析
- 将 `MATERIALIZED VIEW` 从 `drop_type` 中分解出来。
